Gotrax battery issues

This bike is an absolute blast to ride. Unfortunately, I'm having issues with the battery. I'm only getting 7 miles charge range. I've contacted Gotrax Support multiple times over the last 3 weeks and still have not heard a response. The peddle assist is nice, but dramatically slows down at 19 mph.
