Best contract sliders 2k23

Just started playing yesterday and as previous titles, right back in my groove of shooting -20 to -25 for a 4-round tourney. I would like to make it more challenging and realistic to get the full enjoyment(and frustration) out of the game, any suggestions on how to make it as real life scoring as possible, including who you're playing against?
