I was shooting factory Blazer Brass 115's and 124's as well as my reloads and the problem persisted no matter what ammo I used.The fix was to take an Xacto knife and scrape the top part of this outline. It probably required a MM or less of material removal. You caould also probably slightly file the thumb lever itself, but it would need to be removed. Hopefully Ruger reads these forums - the problem could easily be fixed by grinding a MM off the bottom of the thumb lever.stuck LC9 slide. Tried that, tried yanking on it, tried begging, pleading, offering my first ... That reminded me of mine, I was shooting it when new and then I had a misfeed on the 21st round, like a level 3 malfunction.
