The mapping app Unifi gives you (which it appears you're using) sucks and doesn't give good real-world coverage results. Don't forget the APs will give coverage vertically. So having them on the same spot on two floors is a waste. My main advice is buy an LR and put it in your family room.When navigating to the Floorplan on my UDM it shows this message instead of a floorplan. Coming Soon.
