Cons: diesel smell if you park in an enclosed garage. I bought a 2013 Golf TDI Wagon back in October 2019 and I have been itching to remove the DPF for months. I was really on the fence about doing this, the car only has 18,000kms and the emissions warranty is (or was) good until 2023.

The only benefit (if any) doing Dynamic over delete is that removing it requires another couple of miles driving for the engine to come up to full temp.
