My old Rossi 92 had an OEM flat top rear sight and I switched it over to the new semi buckhorn that my 73 came with. I've seen a new 92 that came stock w/ that same semi buckhorn. My old 92 has a larger dovetail so my replacement semi buckhorn fits in the dovetail extremely loose. He has a 357 and a 44. The 357 has a much taller front post and prints dead-on. The 44 has the rear ran all way down and still shoots a foot high with the stubby front factory sight.My wife's 92 (357) is an interarms puma with the front sight on the forward barrel band. I have tried a couple different Marble sights for the rear sight and they just slide right thru the dovetail on the Barrel. My 92 (357) is a LSI puma and I put a marbles rear sight on it but I had to put a shim under it to make it tight, but it works.
