How do i record a program on xfinity

Thanks so much. Just found that I had standard dvr service which allowed 6 shows at once but only 20 hours which is ridiculous. Just upgraded to 150 hours so I will see if that fixes problem. Since getting new box we can't record more than 2 shows at the same time. Did not have this problem with older box.
