Just searched, he tested and posted a new video on Underwood Xtreme Defender .380 yesterday and Underwood Xtreme Defender 9mm about 3 years ago. Might be other calibers if you keep going back in his library...it's pretty extensive. According to underwood the 68gr are higher velocity than the 90gr (1800fps vs 1475fps) and leave a larger wound channel in ballistic gel. However the 90gr do a little better when shooting through heavy barriers such as glass, wood, and sheet metal.
